THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: — Tin 1 indications are for southerly winds moderate to strong. The weather will appear probably squally and changeable with scattered showers, bat weather improving. The night will probably be very cold with frosts inland. Barometer rising slowly. Seas rough. Tides moderate, tides doereasing.
