FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. NOTICE is hereby given that the Foyton Borough Council will at the next ordinary meeting to he held on the 13th May, 1929, make the following Special Order: — That for 'the purpose of providing the sum of £1,050 for the purpose of repaying the Antecedent Liability Loan of £1,091 8/-, maturing on ■the Ist August, 1929, the Foxton Borough Council doth hereby resolve as follows: —< That a Special Loan of £1,050 to he known as “The Antecedent Liability Renewal Loan, 1929, be raised for the above-mentioned puipose. That the interest on the said loan be at rate not exceeding Five Pounds Ten Shilingls (£5 10/-) per centum per annum, payable halfyearly 'during the currency of the said Loan, being a period of Ten (10) Years from the Ist August, 1929. That a Sinking Fund of £7 19/per centum per annum be established in connection with the said Loan. That as security for the said Loan, the Foxton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of three-eighths of a penny in the £ on the unimproved value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Foxton, such rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such Loan or until the Loan is fully paid off. That 21 Debentures, each for £SO and relative coupons be executed, sealed and issued. That the Mayor and Treasurer he authorised to sign the said Debentures and iOoupons.
