Advertiser wants girl to assist with housework. The Manawatu Used Car Exchange advertise an 18-passenger ’bus for sale. A thanks notice is inserted in this issue by the relatives of the late Mrs. C. Satherley. Mr. St. Leon, advance agent for Messrs Perry Bros.’ circus, paid a visit to Foxton on Wednesday to make preliminary arrangements for the circus to visit Foxton at an early date. Mr. W. 11. Hildelbrandt, registered Masseur and Foot Specialist, notifies by advertisement in this issue that he is removing to 55 Broadway Avenue (opposite Dr. Miller’s Surgery) on April 29th. Mr. McGee notifies local and district residents elsewhere in this issue, that he has taken over the garage previously occupied by Mr. C. Pearson, in Clyde Street, and that he will be colmniebcing business on the Ist of next month. Mr. McGee has had considerable engineering and car experience and is well known to a number of local residents. Engineering in all its branches will be undertaken and a good stock of oils, tyres etc., will ho available.
