At Thursday’s meeting of the Palmerston N. Hospital Board, Mr J. A. Nash stated that in conversation with Mr F. S. Easton, of Fbxton, in connection with hospital matters, the question of the Board’s proposal to provide a whirl'pool electrical hath for the treatment of fractures Was intimated and Mr Easton asked the approximate cost. He was informed that £l4O would cover the installation Mr Easton generously offered to donate £7O, which, with the Government subsidy, would meet the case. The Board accepted Mr Easton’s offer and .accorded him a hearty vote of thanks.
