THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows:—The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong, freshening to northerly winds strong to gale at times. There is a prospect of fair to cloudy weather, but after about 24 hours the weather will appear to be cloudy and unsettled with .rain following. The weather will probably becoime warmer, but on or about Monday weather will change to cool. Seas rough and increasing. Tides good.
