Mrs. Tongs, children’s ■clothing; Mrs. Woods, flowers; Mrs. Christie, jam and fruit; Mrs. Trueman, vegetables and fruit; All Saints’ garden party per Mrs. Wialton, vegetables, sandwiches and cakes, etc.; Mrs. Hornblow, dripping, fruit and vegetables; Mr. Hart, free cartage; Mrs. Raikes, Oroua Downs, vegetables; Mrs. Nelson, Woodville, plums; anonymous, children’s clothing; Mrs. Gallan, Wellington, ease of pears; Mr. Sunnex, Wellington, tomatoes and apples; St. Oswald’s church festival produce Westmere, eggs, fruit, potatoes, vegetables, etc.; Ladies’ 'Comjmittee, Palmerston North, cakes, rhubarb, beans and sweets; Mr. Owtratoj Palmerston North, 2 cases of apples; Mr. Spooner, Cambridge, fruit cakes; Miss Whitehead, Palmerston North, flowers, cucumbers and bulbs; Miss Samson, Wellington, books; Mbs. Corn foot, fish and vegetables. The Matron would like all interested in the Hojme to know that we have added a new domitary and 1 bathroom and now there is the furnishing to Think 'of. She would be pleased to i*eceive gifts of 4 single mattresses for 4 beds that have already been given, also 4 pairs of single sheets. The children have thrived splendidly this year so far on vegetables and fruit sent in. There as no need for anything wasting in gardens, the bonny faces of the (children repay for the 'kind thoughts of giving.
