'The amount of sleep required varies, within a certain latitude, ae - cording to jfche amount of energy •expended during the day; about eight hours should be aimed at. Warm baths or foot baths before retiring, comfortable bedding, light, warm covering, and fresh air are all conducive to healthy, refreshing sleep. Night workers should sleep at cnee on finishing worfk before doing other things. 'Sleep is impossible with very cold feet. Bed socks should be worn by those who suffer from this condition, or hot bottles.
