THREE-HEADED KITTEN.

CURIOUS FELINE FREAK. Auckland, February 19. A queer kitten was born dead at Mount Eden the other day. It had three heads and three eyes. Two of the heads were in the normal position, one alongside the other, and they shared the three eyes, the odd one being between the two foreheads. A third head, very much smaller, was placed under the chin of the left hand one of the two larger heads. Otherwise the kitten was perfectly formed. There was only one other kitten born at the sabie time, this second one being quite normal. The mother was a Persian and the father was unknown.
