MANAWATU BABBIT BOARD. THE RATING ACT, 1925. JfOTICE is hereby given that it is tlie intention of the Manawatu Rabbit Board at a meeting to he held at its Office, Foxton, on Thursday, February 28th, 1929, at 10.30 a.m., under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1925,” and Section 65 of '“The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928” to make and levy a General Rate of three farthings per acre on all rateable property in the Manawatu Rabbit District. Such rate to be> for a period of one year from the Ist day of January, 1929, to the 31st day of March, 1930, and shall become due and payable in one sum at the Board’s office, Foxton, on the Ist day of April, 1929, and that a discount of 5 per cent, will be allowed off all rates (save on minimums or on Rates of 1/-) paid in full on or before the Ist day of May, 1929.
