APPRENTICE JOCKEY INJURED.

Back injuries resulted when a horse rolled on W. T. Renall, aged 17 years, an apprentice jockey, employed by Mr. Yuile, of Levin, as he was riding on Foxton beach a few days ago. He was admitted to Palmerston North hospital on Sunday, but the extent of his injuries cannot be ascertained until he has been examined by X-ray.
