NEW BOAT FOR FOXTON TRADE.

The m.v. Ivotiti made its first visit to Foxton on Monday when it brought a light cargo of general up from Wellington. After loading a cargo on her discharge the scow left again for the southern port on Thursday, arriving at Wellington at imidnight, after a good run. The vessel is now loading at Wellington with general merchandise for Foxton and it is the intention of the owners to keep up a regular (connection with Foxton if the trade warrants it. ' - The vessel is an auxiliary scow of 69 tons and should experience no difficulty in working the bar and river at any tide. Captain P. Olsen, recently of the s.s. Kennedy, came up on. the Kotiti on her first visit to the local port.
