FIRSTLY all that parcel of land containing one (1) acre be the same a little more or less being Suburban Section 41, Town of Foxton and being all the land comprised in certificate of title volume 11 folio 124 subject to Mortgage number 130722 to the iState Advances Superintendent now securing the sum of two hundred and forty one pounds eleven shillings and sixpence. SECONDLY all that piece of land containing two (2) roods be the same a little more or less being part of suburban section 38 Town of Foxton and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 293 folio 64 and having erected on the land firstly above described a seven (7) roomed dwelling with wash-house and general outbuildings. On 20th December, ordinary timetable will be suspended and trains will run on'Foxton branch as under: — To Palmerston North.—Foxton dep. 8.35 a.m. To Foxton. —Palmerston North dep. 5.42 p.m. . PALMERSTON NORTH RACES. On 26tli, 27th and 29th December, special cheap excursion tickets to Awapuni Racecourse, available for return until 31st December, will be issued at Foxton, Motuiti and Himatangi by train leaving Foxton 8.35 a.m. on 26th, 8 a.m. on 27th and'29th December. Return fare from Foxton, including to racecourse, 8/4 Ist class, 6/8 2nd class. Train for the racecourse leaves Foxton 8.35 a.m. 26th, 8 a.m. 27th and 29th December. Return train leaves racecourse 5.44 p.m. each day. On 27th and 29th December, usual 4.15 p.m. train will be delayed to leave Palmerston North 5.42 p.im. for Foxton.
