DEPOSED FROM OFFICE.

Vancouver, December 15. The Rev. Robertson Orr has been formally deposed and degraded from office as a Christian minister by a special commission of the Presbyterian Church of Canada, which met on Saturday. The commission held that the judgment in the Fleck divorce case was fully warranted. It declares that any congregation meeting under Orr is not a congregation of the Presbyterian Church. The congregation of the Central Presbyterian Church has been relieved of the payment of Orffs stipend. Orr was absent when the judgment was read. Following the decision an independent congregation formed by Orr met and passed a unanimous yote of confidence in the minister and fixed his stipend at five thousand a year. Commissioner M'Eachern described the case as a terrible moral tragedy.
