Hector Robert Malcolm, an Auckland solicitor, for whose arrest a warrant is out, was adjudicated a bankrupt at Auckland yesterday by Mr. Justice Frazer. The petitioning creditor was John Arthur Alderton, on whose account Malcolm held £450. A very large sum is involved in the bankruptcy.
