A SLIGHT DISCREPANCY.
A smile went around the Courthouse on Thursday when, after counsel for defendant had pleaded leniency for bis client, who was out of work and 60 years of age, the S.M. (Mr. J. L. Stout) asked: “How old are you?” “I’m going on for 60,” said witness. “I will be 60 in another four years!’’ The S.M., in making the order: A comparatively young man!
