ALL SAINTS’ CHURCH.

All Saints’ day was celebrated in the local All Saints’ Church on Thursday by a short service followed by a “birthday party” in the schoolroom. Tho cake was presented for the occasion by Mrs. A. S. Easton. Rev. W. H. Walton addressed the children briefly but owing to the fact 'that similar celebrations were being held in various other parts of the diocese, the {special services in connection with the event were not held locally until yesterday when Archdeaeon CreedMeredith, of Wanganui, and Canon Fan court, of Palmerston North, were present and the choirs from Feilding and Palmerston North assisted in the ceremony.
