IN MEMORIAM.
BARRY. —In sad but loving memory of our dearly beloved daughter and sister, Stella Ethel Beatriee, who died in (he Otaki Hospital on October 27th, 1924, as the result of an accident. years. Dearly loved and sadly missed. The Heavenly Master to earth s garden came, His eye was resting on a -lovely flower; Not that, one, Master, take not that, we cried, That one will blossom yet formally an hour. And the sweet fragrance of its iife will cheer, The weary watcher and tired worker’s heart; Oh, take some other flower, Thou Master, dear, WMh this fair blossom, Lord, we cannot part. . Pluck Thou the flower that breaths no fragrance round, Or gather those on which Time’s mark doth rest; The Master answered, with a look of love, The. flowers are mine—may I not have the best. I will transplant it to my Heavenly home, In beauty there to bloom for ever more; And to thy soul shall heavenly breezes waft, The fragrance of its life upon that shore. —lnserted by her loving mother, sister, brother and step-father.
