SOLICITORS IN TROUBLE.

Christshurch, October 24. In the Magistrate’s Court to-day, iPereival L. C. Inder and Samuel Ernest McCarthy, of Christchurch, solicitors, were charged with not banking certain sums ranging from £1 10s to £5 in a separate trust account. There were three separate charges against each defendant. Hearing was adjourned till Friday.
