TREASURER’S STATEMENT. .
The treasurer reported as follow’s at last night’s m'eeting of the Foxton Borough Council: — During the month of September, the sum of £609 Is 7d was received and banked as follows: —District Fund A/c £603 6s 7d, Cemetery A./c £5 15s Od. The ledger balances at the 30th September were as follow’s: —Accounts at debit totalled £9Ol 19s Od, and w’ere made up as follow’s: — Imprest Cash £ls, gasw’orks £448 14s Bd, general £162 15s 4d, Hospital Board £27 6s Bd, Interest £248 2s 4d.* The accounts at credit were: — 1 Rate arrears £97 9s 3d, fixed deposit £IOO, cemetery £73 4s lid, •drainage con. loan £B3 2s sd, heavy traffic fees £B3 4s 2d, library £94 I2s lOd, reserves £54 8s 9d, Town Hall £44 14s Id, Town Hall Pictures £338 7s sd, worker’s dwelling £35 16s lOd, waterworks £527 6s 3d.
