ALL THAT piece of freehold land containing 1 rood 20 perches more or less situate in the Borough of Foxton being part of section 293, Town of Foxton, and being all the land in Certificate of title Volume 332, Folio 188, Wellington Registry. There is a five-roomed dwelling with washhouse on the land. At the discretion of the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Wellington Land District a sum not exceeding £325 may be left on first Mortgage - to an approved purchaser. The application to sell and the Mortgagee’s estimated value of the property may be inspected at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Palmerston North.
