The quarterly returns in connection with the Foxton Magistrate’s Court for the quarter ended 30th September are as follows: — Total number of court 11; number of plaints estered, 28; total amount sued for, £261 14s 4d; number of distress warrants issued, 2; number of judgment summonses issued, 11; number of warrants of committal issued, 3. The number of criminal cases against males during the quarter was 40 and against females, 2; a total of 42.
