FOXTON AMATEUR CYCLING CLUB.
A movement is on foot to resuscitate the Foxton Amateur Cycling Club by having a cycle track laid down on Easton Park. A suitable track would be a great boon to local patrons of the sport, and it is to be hoped that the proposal is ta - ken up with enthusiasm by all concerned. The Club had a good footing locally a year or so ago, but during (he last twelve months enthusiasm has waned to a great degree. Air. L. Couch will be the only local competitor in the Palmerston N. to Wellington road race this year.
