CASH ON DELIVERY SYSTEM
ABOLITION RECOMMENDED. Wellington, Yesterday. The Industries and Commerce Committee reported to the House of Representatives this afternoon on a number of petitions asking for abolition of the cash on delivery system and recommended that they should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration.
