MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
AGAINST A MOTORIST. Nelson, Last Night. At the Magistrate’s Court today, Albert Edward Wialkcr appeared on a charge of manslaughter in that he did by omission to perform a public duty cause the death of Alexander Joss. Evidence shoAved that Joss. Avas found dead on the side of the road, lie evidently having been run down by a motor vehicle Avhile riding a bicycle at night Avitli a hurricane lamp. The case is unfinished.
