OPENING OF FLAXMILLS.
DELAYED BY INCLEMENT weather. Inclement weather has further delayed the opening of the flaxmills, but a start is expected to be made by Monday. The first flax to be brought down the Manawatu River from the Moutoa Swamp will be brought in to Mr. H. Berry’s mill on Monday.
