Horace Alabaster was fine?! £5 with costs at Wanganui on Monday for selling milk to Inspector Fear which contained 22 per cent, of added water. The defendant said that he could not understand how the water got there. The Magistrate, Mr. Barton, said that he believed it was the biggest percentage of water he had ever had to deal with.
