ALL SAINTS’ LADIES GUILD

SOCIAL AFTERNOON

A very enjoyable social afternoon, under the auspices of All Saints’ Ladies’ Guild, was held in the schoolroom yesterday afternoon. There was an attendance of upwards of 50. The hostesses were; Mesdames J. and Wt Robinson, Procter, Murphy, Crowe, Trueman and Miss Williams. Competitions were yon by the following: Nursery rhyme, Mrs. R. Owenpquoit throwing, Mrs. Doel; peanut race, Mrs. Sid Easton; chocolate box, Miss N. Robinson.

During the afternoon much appreciated vocal items were contributed by Mesdames Doel and Riches. Afternoon tea was dispensed by the committee.
