The Matron of All Saints’ Beach Home (Mrs. Bain) desires to thank those responsible for the euchre party held last week in aid of the Home. As a result the sum of £3 13s Od was received with which the Matron intends to purchase a ton cf coal and a sack of vegetables. Mrs. Bain desires to apologise for her absence from the function, which she did not know was beingheld, and to express her appreciation of the effort.
