SCHOOL BURNT DOWN
INCENDIARISM SUSPECTED. Blenheim, Yesterday. St. Mary's Boys’ School, a substantial wooden structure in Blenheim, was destroyed by fire last night under circumstances pointing to incendiarism. The building was ablaze once previously on 17th June, but on that occasion the outbreak was discovered in time to be easily suppressed. The insurances are only £6OO on the building and £IOO on the furnishings, in the Phoenix office. It will probably cost £3OOO to replace the school.
