CONTEMPT OF COURT.
K.C. GUILTY. RESULT OF ELECTION SPEECHES. Received July 11, 9.45 a.m. HOBART, July 11. Albert Ogilvie, K.C., formerly At-torney-General, has been adjudged guilty by the Full Court of contempt of court in consequence of aspersions made against Mr Justice Crisp in recent election speeches. Ogilvie expressed deep regret. He was ordered to pay costs on the attachment order. ORDER FOR ARREST. CHARGE AGAINST A JUDGE. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) CAPETOWN, July 10. An order for the arrest of Judge Swindell for alleged contempt was granted by the Natal Supreme Court to-day. Counsel stated that subsequent to the personal service of a civil imprisonment summons Judge Swindell left for Johannesburg. His passport was vised for Lourenco Marquez, the capital of Portuguese East Africa. An arrest order was wired to Johannesburg, but Judge Swindell had vanished,
