CONVICTED AND FINED,
Invercargill, July 3,
James Shand, a clerk, aged 20, was charged, with being illegally on premises about midnight. A%oman who was retiring saw the man’s face at the window and screamed. The intruder ran away. The Magistrate, Mr G. Cruickshank, fined him £lO and £5 on the two charges, and refused to suppress his name.
