POST OFFICE BURGLED.
Auckland , June 15. Some time during last night, burglars effected an entry into the Kumeu Post Office, and stole cash and stamps. A number of cheques wore also stolen. The burglars broke a window to gain entrance to the post office, and used explosives to open the safe. The cashbox, containing money and stamps, and cheques, was found to be missing this morning.
