The Government Meteorologist, Dr. Kidson, wires as follows at noon to-day:—
The indications arc for northerly winds moderate to strong to northerly winds strong to gale, and veering by east to south at first. Expect dull weather with much mist and fog in parts. Rain probable. Milder temperatures. Barometer falling soon. Seas moderate, sea increasing shortly. Tides poor.
