CAR FATALITY
W]ellington, Last Night. Mr. R. L. C. Phillips, aged 30, a Government valuer, was killed today when the car he was driving plunged over a bank alongside Soar Street, Kaiwarra, down to the railway track below. The car was found across the railway line, deceased being face downwards alongside, dead.
