DEFEAT GRIQUAS BY 19 TO 10.

The All Blacks played their third match at Kimberley yesterday, where they met Griqiialand West and defeated them by 19 points to 10.

The score in the first, spell was All Blacks 11 —Griqualand 10. In the second spell the All Blacks added 9 points. WEDNESDAYITES AT PLAY. Yesterday afternoon a team representative of the local Wednesday half-holidayites journeyed to Levin where they met and defeated a similar team by 11 points to G. The local team was as follows: — D. Ball, C. Anderson, S. Anderson, B. Ball, W. Hirini, 11. Taylor, J. Huff, R. Hartley, S. Wright, L. Andrews, G. Westwood, N. Huff, J. Newton, P. Honour, and S. Small. Foxton won the loss and played with the sun and commenced to attack immediately. Huff sent the ball out to Ball, to Newton but Levin stopped the rush on their goal line. From a scrum Levin cleared and took play downfiekl where Taylor got in a good line kick. From the line out the Foxton pack started a passing rush which saw Andrews cross between the posts. Huff added tht major points. Foxlon s—Levin5 —Levin nil.

Levin now pressed Foxton and from a scrum near the line Grate opened Levin’s account. Warren failed to convert. Half time ended —Foxton s—Levin5 —Levin 3.

Excellent back play was witnessed in the second spell. From a good passing rush Westwood crossed for Foxton. The kick at gaol failed. Foxton B—Levin8 —Levin 3

A forward pass stopped a certain try for Levin but from the resulting scrum Freeman crossed. The attempt at goal was unsuccessful. Foxton B—Levin8 —Levin 6. Even play ensued until Westwood kicked up the line to Levin’s fullback, who was caught in possession by Wright and Anderson, and the former gathered up the ball and scored. Westwood failed with the kick. Foxton 11 —Levin G. There was no further score at the call of time. Mr. Repera refereed.
