SEQUEL TO SHOOTING AFFRAY.

Tiniaru, Last Night. At the Magistrate’s Court Bernard Lewis Blackwell and Ernest Gladstone MctCunn were charged: (1) That on May lltli at Otaio they did break and enter the dwelling houses of William Alfred An- > cell and Robert Barr with intent to commit a crime and (2) that 'they did break and enter such houses with intent to intimidate. The former is also charged with assault. The cases were a sequel to a sensational shooting affray. After hearing lengthy evidence accused were committed for trial on all charges. Both were admitted to bail, McCunn for £4OO and Blackwell for £IOOO, and are down to report daily to the police.
