The present-day flapper will be given the opportunity of witnessing a new bundle of tricks next Wednesday at the Town Hall, when Bebe Daniels, Paramount star, comes to the Town Hall theatre in her latest screen comedy, “She’s a Sheik.” What the dashing comedienne does to men who deign to give her the cold shoulder is the foundation for one of the best photoplays Miss Daniels has ever, made. The setting tof “She’s a Sheik” is in Algeria, home of the Foreign Legion and intrigue, and the popular star squeezes every possible bit of romance and color out of these picturesque surroundings by taking the offensive in the game of love. With other pictures at usual Cabaret prices. On Friday George O’Brien will be seen in the leading role of “Paid to Love,” a story of the Paris Apache dens. ROYAL. “RECKLESS LADY” COMING. Due for presentation at the Royal theatre next Wednesday is the screen version of Sir Phillip Gibb’s widely discussed novel, “The Reckless Lady.” The countless readers of that popular author will welcome the advent of a picture that is said to visualise most vividly the stirring episodes of so gripping a story. The feature boasts a cast that is seldom assembled for one picture, for included in the array of such famous ones 'is Belle Bennett, Janies Kirkwood, Lois Maran, Ben Lyon, Lowell Sherman and Charles Murray.
