The ease in which James Joseph Mallei’, farmer, of Mangaroa, claimed £ISOO from Leslie Johnson, advertising agent, of Upper Hutt, for slander, was continued in the Supreme Court at Wellington .yesterday before Mr. Justice Ostler.
