TOWN HALL. “The Small Bachelor” is the leading picture at the Town Hall tomorrow (Friday) evening. The plot builds up very rapidly. It starts out with one bashful bachelor (Beranger) trying to marry the girl of his choice (Miss Kent), and before two reels have elapsed there are half a dozen plots, and counter-plots —and every one of them is excruciatingly funny. A set of clever sub-titles ketps the story from becoming too involved. The story was written by P. G. Wodeliouse and appeared some time ago in Liberty Magazine. In adlition to Beranger and Miss Kent, those in the cast are Lucien Littlefield, Ned Sparks, Vera Lewis, Carmelita Geraghty, George Davis, William Austin, Gertrude Astor and Tom Dugan. With comedy and News. Usual prices.
On Saturday Buck Jones will star in “Good as Gold,” a thrilling tale of claim jumpers and their, fabulously rich mine and of a boy, robbed of his heritage, who collects his dividends with a pair of six shooters.
