FINE IMPOSED AND LICENSE CANCELLED. Wellington, April 13. A .Collision between a motor ear and a telegraph pole last evening resulted in the driver of the car, Arthur George Whitelaw, aged 44, being charged with being intoxicated when in charge of a motor.
