SECOND DAY AT BULLS
Excellent weather prevailed for the second day at Bulls and the attendance was good. The amount put through the totalisator was £II,BOO against £11,875 on the second day last year, making a total of £25,649 for the two days, an increase of £2lO. Results:— 'Sanson Hack Hurdles: —Elysianor 1, Bonhomme 2, Polyphemus 3. Won by three-quarters of a length. Time 2.49 1-5. Maiden Handicap: —Fee Simple 1, Thrift 2, Double Mint 3. Won by a length. Time 1.16. Fraser Memorial Handicap: — Hipo 1, Twink 2, Vivo 3. Won by a length and a-half. Time 1.54 1-5. ■Ngaio Hack Handicap:—Vigilance 1, Mendip 2, Moutoa Wonder 3. Won by half a length. Time 1.28 4-5. Winner trained by -J. Proctor, Foxton. Greatford Handicap: —Dobbin 1, Vast Acre 2, Bonogne 3. Won by a neck. Time 1.14. Rangitoto Hack Handicap:—Aropeta 1, Royal Acre 2, Gasnapper 3. Won by a head. Time 1.49 3-5. Killeymoon Handicap: Ruanui 1, Partaga 2, Manly 3. Won by half a length. Time 1.28 1-5. Farewell Hack Handicap:—Eka \l 7 Helotis 2, Rash 3. Won by half a length. Time 1.2.
