PERSONAL.
Mr, T, Chipper will take up his position as assistant teacher at the Wharangi side school on April 11th. Mr. C. J. Symonds, of Wellington, took up his duties as local stationmaster to-day in succession to Mr, H. H. Hornblow. The latter leaves for Nelson to-morrow.
