FALLS FROM HAY STACK.

ONE FATAL. Masterton, February 18. Akutata Mikaero, a farm labourer, of Te Ore Ore, was admitted to Masterton Hospital to-day suffering from a fracture of his thigh, sustained in a fall from a haystack. Palmerston N., February 18. As a result of a fall from a haystack at Whakarongo, an old man, Neil Karbeby, was admitted to Palin trston Hospital on Friday night, and was found to be suffering from severe spinal injuries. His condition did no,t improve and he died on Saturday night.
