* TOM MIX AT TOWN HALL. 7

An explosion finish, with Tom Mix rolling off a fifty-foot tow r er in a powder barrel, eluding desperadoes and returning to rescue a beautiful girl and his faithful pal just as a terriffic powder blast demolishes the tower, provide thrills for the concluding scenes of “The Broncho Twister,” Fox Films latest release starring Mix. This picture comes to the Town Hall to-night. “The Broncho Twister” provides sensational episodes that give new opportunities for display of Mix’s strength, courage, and fast thinking. Also “Sweet Daddies” (comedy), News and N.Z. Topical. Usual prices. Shirley Mason is the lovely Cinderella of the sidewalks in Columbia’s film version of the old Maude Nugent song, “Sweet Rose O’Grady,” a Master Picture release showing at the Town Hall on Monday. The cast, including Cullen Landis, Lester Bernard, E. Alyn Warren, William Conklin,' and Otto .. Lederer, have been-selected for talent. In every instance make-up and mannerisms, except in the excellent portrayal of an Irish politician by Conklin, have resulted in some of the most amusing Jewish character portrayals. Usual prices.
