A NEW COMET.

The Wellington Observatory has been advised by the International Astronomical Union that a faint comet was discovered on the 28th January in Right Ascension 6 hour 25 minutes and declination 20 deg. 1C minutes north (says the Post). The comet, on discovery, was of the eleventh magnitude, and was in the constellation Gemini.
