MANAWATU RABBIT BOARD. THE RATING ACT, 1925. is hereby given that it is the intention of the Man a wain Rabbit 1 Board at a meeting to be held at its Office,Foxton, on .Thursday, February 23rd, 1928, at 1.30 p.ni., under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1925,” and Section 82 of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1908” and amendments to make and levy a General Rate of one half penny per acre on all rateable property in the Manawatu Rabbit District. ■Such rate to be for a period of one year from the Ist day of January,’ 1928, to the 31st day of December, 1928, and shall become due and payable in one sum at the Board’s Office, Foxton, on the Ist day of April, 1928, and that a discount of 5 per cent, will be allowed off all rates (save on minimums or on Rates of 1/-) paid in full on or before the 2nd day of May, 1928, and further that ten per cent, will be added to all rates outstanding for the current year if not paid on or before the 15th day of Octobei, 1928.
