EXAMINATION RESULTS.

' SUCCESS OF LOCAL PUPILS. The following pupils of the local District High School have been successful is passing the examinations indicated: — Matriculation: Olga Yorke, Vernon Moore. Public Service Entrance: Cyril Adigore. 'Senior Free Place: Cyril Admore, Malcolm Mason, Arthur Murphy, Endel Wanklyn, Decema Brown, and Margaret Tyer. Rex Ball and Jack Delany, two ex-pupils of the school, have also passed the Public Service Entrance examination.

CONVENT SCHOOL. In connection with the Commercial Examinations held at St. Mary’s Convent, on 12th December, the following are the results: — National Business College, Sydney. Book-keeping: Diploma Grade, Una Barrett 93 per cent. Advanced Grade: Ngaire Dunn 91 per cent. Intermediate Grade: Ruby King 94 per cent. Typewriting. Intermediate Grade: Ngaire Dunn 94 per cent.
