Every day many letters are written, good, bad and indifferent, but for quaintness the following order, which was received by a Wanganui firm of drapers, deserves a place on the list (says the Chronicle),. Dear Sir (or Madam): Wlould you kindly send me one pair blazercoat with red stripes on it. I’ll pay you the whole amount if I get my money. Please send it up; Til pay , you as soon as my money arrives.” «p. ( g.—igixe of eo'at 5. I heard you were a good man, that’s how I write to you if you would’t mind to send me a pair of blazer. If you not agree please answer my letter.”
