The plot deals with the thrilling escapades of the King of the Pariscian underworld known as “The Panther.” His amazing recklessness in forcing his way into the homes of the rich, and into the most exclusive night clubs —the while he works his various schemes of lawbreaking, gives us a picture guaranteed to keep any audience highly entertained during the whole screening.
