THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong, freshening. There is a prospect of fair weather at first, and warmer, but the weather appears to be cloudy and unsettled, with showers beforeMonday. Barometer falling. Baas moderate; seas increasing. Tides good.
